Our barbera is the result of the selection of the best batches of the parcels of old vines in the locality of Roreto, in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella and in the municipality of Neviglie.

Grape variety: Barbera.

Grapes origin: Vigna Roreto in Trezzo Tinella (350 meters above sea level).

South facing, with Guyot pruning (6-8 buds / vine).

Strains / Ha: 4500

Grape quantity / HA: 40 q / Ha

Planting year: 1965

Soft pressing, maceration with the skins for about 15-20 days at a maximum temperature of 28 ° C.

After racking, the wine is decanted into French oak tonneaux with a capacity of 500 liters where it matures for 12-15 months. 40% new wood.
